“This application is for relocating the 5.8 anchor at Rincon. Moving it up about 7 feet, a few feet higher than the tree at the horizontal break. This will allow people rappelling from pitch 2 of Rincon to use this anchor with a 60m rope and have a decent amount of rope left.

Good plan. I’ve watched many climbers rap down from Rincon and do the sketchball end-o-the-rope shuffle down to the current anchor.
Would the existing anchor be removed? A separate anchor for 5.10 crack could provide a safer exit from Rincon and alleviate congestion at the 5.8 crack anchor.
Disregard my comment above. I hadn’t read all the applications yet. There is a separate application for a new anchor above 5.10 crack.
