The addition of two lead bolts is in character with this sector of Peanuts, which has become a nice “sport/trad” zone in recent years. The 2-bolt anchor makes a lot of sense, especially considering it will reduce erosion and impact on the descent down the pine needle-covered east slabs.
I free climbed this route at 13c. I hung a rope with a draw attached to where the bolt would be on the send go. It would likely go gear only but would get an X rating
